Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@hopi.lt and we will do our best to assist you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days
  • Baltic States: 2–4 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since we currently ship only within the European Union, customers generally do not pay additional customs duties or import taxes.

If any local fees apply in specific regions, the customer is responsible for those charges.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@hopi.lt.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

HOPI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier service interruptions

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or suitable solution where applicable.
